Job Description

1. Arrange business meetings with prospective clients. Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.

2. Generate new opportunities in the marketplace – develop a Business lead pipeline.

3. Identify and qualify prospects, create call plans and track record

4. Making cold calls to prospective clients to grab the business mandate under by targeting the decision makers (Marketing Head /Retail Head Expansion/Project Manager)

5. Making (cold and warm calling), sending emails to new prospects to fix appointments with Top Management in Marketing.

6. Negotiation and closing of new engagements.

7. Responsible for achieving Monthly and quarterly targets.

8. Relevant experience in managing interior fit-out/Turnkey projects including Retail, Residential, commercial projects etc

9. Performing cost estimations and preparing project budgets.

10. High Result Oriented person with well-defined objectives & leadership qualities to achieve goals.

11. Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines

12. Play a leading role in the delivery of client satisfaction, including client liaison, management of internal resource departments and management of external suppliers

13. Coordinating with relevant stakeholders within the organization, taking progress reporting, and controlling project execution timelines.

Job Requirements


    1. Should be MBA (Marketing)

    2. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

    3. 1+ Years of Relevant Experience in Projects.

    4. Great leadership, project management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

    5. Superb mathematical, time-management, and organizational abilities.

    6. Good command of English & Written Skills, should have Good Presentation and Collaboration Skills.

    7. High Sales orientation for achieving numbers, Proactive and Creative mind.



  • SALARY :

    Minimum 8 LPA — Based on candidate’s interview and qualifications

    Job Type: Full-time

    Salary: ₹800,000.00 – ₹1,000,000.00 per year
