Job Description

Have to manage the entire export business including developing & implementing strategic marketing plans for organization.

● Coordinate the planning and execution of international workshops with the host country distributor or independently as needed.

● Ensuring driving secondary sales, international marketing and promotion, optimization of product portfolio thus growing brand awareness in global destinations.

● Manage marketing launch plans to include brand strategies, market research, competitive assessments, product positioning, media plans, public relations and marketing programs, while measuring and tracking market acceptance and ROI.

● Stays abreast of changes in assigned marketing environment to best serve the objectives of the organization & adjusts plan accordingly.

● Have to lead the retention and acquisition teams, ensuring best practice is in place to drive revenue and new customer growth and ROI from all marketing activity in overseas territories.

● Working with a substantial marketing budget and with the ability to assess opportunities and build cases for greater investment if necessary.

● Have to work closely with regional/ global marketing to develop pricing strategies for both existing and new products within the portfolio and unmet need space.

● Accurately report to agreed standard on the progress and optimization that the team is undertaking across all its marketing efforts.

● Should Collaborate, align & interact with functional experts/senior executives; Sales, Finance Operations, Strategy & Innovations; partners with other departments to implement tactics & initiatives to drive growth & commercial sales.

● Should increase the overall Export profitability and have to submit a day to day report to management
