We have a vacancy in our organization for the position of Executive Personal Assistant.

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining files in an accurate manner according to established guidelines.
  • Arranging travel, visas and accommodation and, occasionally, travelling with the manager to take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations;
  • Meeting and Greeting visitors at all levels of seniority
  • Resolving conflicts and negotiating mutually beneficial agreements between parties.
  • Coordination with various departments to ensure completion of processes in due time.
  • Assisting various departments by communicating new improvements plans
  • Performs various clerical work, as needed, to support the operations of the centre.
  • May compile, sort, and verify accuracy of information to be entered.
  • Commercial negotiating with vendors and finalization of vendors.
  • Maintaining purchase records.



  • Superb written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.
  • Great organizational and planning skills.
  • Should be able to make decisions in a high-stress environment.
  • Excellent networking and time management skills.
  • 1-3 years of Administrative Experience.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office experience.

Office Timings: 9.30am 6pm
