Job Description

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial assessments
  • Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including completing necessary paperwork and conducting orientation sessions
  • Maintain employee records and ensure that all documentation is accurate and up-to-date
  • Respond to employee inquiries and assist with employee relations issues
  • Assist with performance management processes, including conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees
  • Ensure compliance with all HR-related policies and procedures
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth and effective communication and collaboration
  • Assist with general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and record keeping

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in commerce (B.Com) or MBA in HR
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Knowledge of HR-related policies and procedures
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations and tasks.
