Job Description for Remote working 

This is a key role reporting to the Executive Sales Manager. The Enterprise Sales Executive will drive new business from prospective and existing customer accounts to meet sales quotas and achieve revenue goals. This role will require you to have the agility and perseverance to work effectively among the Business and Technology Operations Mid-Market Enterprises. The success of this new platform will greatly rely on your leadership, network, planning and execution.

Job Requirements

  1. · Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent, and a minimum of 5 years of direct enterprise software sales experience· Knowledge and understanding of Business Operations and Technology Management desired· Strong network of contacts C-level contacts is preferred· Proven results in meeting and exceeding sales targets and quotas· Demonstrated use of a structured process for identifying key decision-makers and their top priorities

    · Experience selling to the “C” level executives as well as business level users

    · Ability to listen carefully to needs and requirements, and tailor sales positioning in way that resonates with the customer

    · Ability to reframe and challenge the way individuals view their businesses, and demonstrate the value of the solution being sold to their business priorities

    · Demonstrated ability to prioritize, manage cross functional activities, make difficult decisions, and always land on an ethical and compliant resolution


  • · Will organize, plan, and direct all sales activities, including following up on sales leads, conducting presentations, generating proposals, and managing contracts through deal closing· Develop and execute a business/territory plan to maximize opportunities to achieve sales targets and key objectives· Monetize existing relationships by establishing enterprise agreements to utilize our platform· Develop new leads through cold-calling, networking, and strategizing with contacts· Meet and exceed quotas on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis

    · Create and articulate compelling value propositions by presenting a meaningful ROI and positioning our unique solution and capabilities to them

    · Develop compelling solution proposals and deliver amazing product demos

    · Provide insightful technical answers and recommendations that maximize customer value and results from first call to full production onboarding

    · Negotiate final terms and conditions for acquisition of our platform

     · Work with clients to identify and develop product road maps for platform upgrades, professional services, and other integrations

    · Track the progress and status of your customers on an on-going basis to ensure customer satisfaction and verify that committed schedules are met
