Roles and Responsibilities


  • Good Knowledge and hands-on working experience on Facebook Ads/Facebook Marketing, Google Ads, LinkedIn connections and ads, Search Engine Optimization, Google Analytics & Email Marketing for generation of leads.
  • Create, manage, analyze and optimize lead generation campaigns across multiple platforms to ensure acquisition, conversion with defined performance metrics different sources.
  • Monitor & optimize ROI-driven campaigns regularly to meet acquisition and budgeted goals.
  • Collaborate with the Social Media & brand team in devising communication strategy (creative & messaging) & bringing this to life
  • Plan and execute cross channel digital marketing and re-marketing campaigns, aligned to expected performance and returns
  • Monitor the impact of each campaign/project on key site metrics and report to stakeholders, on a regular basis.
  • Constantly innovate and identify fresh ways to grow by tapping into new channels/affiliates/networks to scale campaigns and optimize ROI
  • Drive market research and gain insight into competitor strategies & consumer insights & act on them
  • Create a proof of concept basis the internal/industry knowledge/consumer insight/ brand information
