continue to grow, we are seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team
and drive our online presence and engagement to new heights.
Job Description: As a Digital Marketing Executive at IRASHA, you will play a pivotal
role in crafting and executing digital marketing strategies to promote our client’ products,
engage with our clients as well as overseas channel, and expand our brand reach. You
will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive online traffic, increase social
media following, and enhance the overall online presence of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Digital Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing
campaigns across various platforms such as social media, email marketing, paid
advertising, and content marketing to maximize engagement.
• Social Media Management: Develop and maintain a consistent and engaging
presence on social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube,
Twitter) by creating and curating compelling content, organizing contests, and fostering
community engagement.
• Content Creation: Generate high-quality, themed content including blog posts, videos,
graphics, and other multimedia to resonate with the target audience and drive traffic to
our clients ‘ website and social channels.
Email Marketing: Manage email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation,
content creation, and performance analysis.
SEO and SEM: Implement and optimize search engine optimization (SEO) and search
engine marketing (SEM) strategies to improve our visibility and drive organic and paid
traffic.
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics using tools like
Google Analytics and social media insights, providing regular reports and
recommendations for improving digital marketing strategies.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with
event goals, ensuring consistency and effectiveness in promotional efforts.
• Budget Management: Manage digital marketing budgets effectively, ensuring
cost efficiency and maximizing ROI for marketing spend.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and digital
advertising.
• Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, social
media management tools, and email marketing platforms.
• Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and ability to develop engaging content.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
• Passion for international business and sales support is a plus.
