Job Description
1. Good Knowledge in Microsoft products like Windows , MS Office and Outlook
2. Basic M365 Suit Knowledge
3. To analyse the hardware issues and to rectify the same with the help of vendor
4. To handle IPhone,Ipads Gadgets issues ( mail configuration , MS teams , Threema )
5. To support in setting up the meeting rooms for Video conferences and other Presentations Connectivity
6. AV setup support for Town hall Meetings ( large scale of 200 users )
7. Basic Knowledge of networking
8. Good Communication skills (Hindi added Preference)
9. Basic knowledge in handling the collaboration tools like Cisco Webex , MS Teams etc
10. Vendor Coordination and Management
11. Video Conferencing equipment Product Knowledge’s from the connectivity perspective ( Polycom , Cisco )
