POSITION:                             Internship – Marketing Trainee
REPORTING TO:                 Managing Director
JOB TYPE:                             Internship – Hybrid

Date of joining:                     Immediate

Candidate’s availability:  till 10th Oct 2023
Monthly Stipend : 10,000/- (fixed per month) + Performance based Incentive
Work Location : Work from Home / Mumbai Office (Hybrid)
Duty Timing : 10:00am – 07:30pm
Working Days : Monday to Saturday & Sunday weekly off

The Incentive will be based on your Performance and on the Target completion, shall be paid at the end of the conference / end of your tenure as per the commitment given by you on your availability – available till 10th October 2023,

Please ensure that due to the sensitivity of the time period of the Summit, you shall not leave the internship in between or should not take any leave during your internship.


Following are the Internship – Marketing Trainee – Job Responsibilities:
 Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to register at our conference as a Delegate/Partner
 Accurately recording details of customers’.
 Processing and helping customers for registration process.
 Generating promising leads.
 Managing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with company services.
 Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
 Using sales scripts provided by the company to drive sales and respond immediately to customer rejections.
 Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sale


Skills and abilities:

  • Good communications skills, verbal and written
  • Excellent Communication Skills, Presentation Skills, Negotiation Skills, Computer, and Internet efficiency.
  • Should have knowledge of using all MS Office applications – Ms Excel, Ms Word, Ms Powerpoint.
  • Should have knowledge of using Social Media platforms
  • Confident or have the determination to work on your confidence
  • You’ll be a strong communicator, both written and verbal, with experience of calling senior-level executives, preferably within conferences
  • You’ll have experience working in a fast-paced sales environment with a proven track record to consistently achieving targets
  • Candidate should be a quick learner with intellectual curiosity and who can understand different markets and subject matter quickly
  • You’ll be able to coordinate multiple tasks and deadlines, as well as keep accurate records of data and call backs
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Positive, enthusiastic approach and works on own initiative
  • Ability to remain patient and calm under pressure
  • You’ll be team player who can work across matrix organizations
  • Super focused on achieving your goal
