Job Description

  • Enter and maintain accurate data related to HR Consultancy’s clients, employees, and other related information in the company’s database.
  • Perform data validation and verification to ensure that all entered data is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Communicate effectively with the team members and clients to understand their requirements and needs related to data entry.
  • Generate reports based on the data entered and present them to the team leaders and other stakeholders as and when required.
  • Monitor the data entry process to ensure that the company’s database is updated in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining data entry policies and procedures for the company.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with clients and team members.
  • Strong computer knowledge, including proficiency in MS Office and other data entry software.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate data entry.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Prior experience in data entry or related field preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
