1.Manage inbound calls in a timely manner

2.Identify customers needs clarify the information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives

3.Seize opportunities to upsell our services when they arise

4.Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile

5.Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensive way

6.Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
