Job Role:

  • Identify and investigate dispute issues
  • Customer complaints/Queries handling, feedback analysis.
  • Responsible for handling the Clients of the company.
  • Good at Verbal Communications.
  • Organize ideas and communicate oral messages appropriate to listeners and situations
  • Stay current with system information, changes, and updates.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues per Client specifications.
  • Deliver Service and Support to end-users using and operating automated call distribution phone software, via remote connection or over the internet.
