Responsibilities

  • Coordinating between learners and coaches over calls and videos
  • Handling the queries of learners and solving their problems
  • Ensure that the learner’s journey is very smooth throughout
  • Work with internal departments to meet learner needs
  • Maintaining the data over various platforms
  • Giving learners a trouble free learning experience

Required Skills

  • Work on tight deadlines and deliver a great customer and client experience
  • Atleast 1-2years of experience in customer handling, BPO and voice process
  • Ability to multitask, organise and prioritise work
  • Excellent communication skills

Job Type: Full-Time
Job Location: Vashi, Navi Mumba

Shift timing – 10:30am to 7:30-8:00pm
