Job Description

1. Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions through effective sales pitches.
2. Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
3. Collaborate with internal teams to improve products and services based on customer feedback.
4. Cold calling – The contact numbers will be given (Outbound calls)
5. Pitch in about the product and platform (Training will be given)
6. Generate Leads and convert them to sales
7. Make it a Sale to get more incentives in return
8. Talk time – 3 to 4 hours
9. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Company will provide Computer (Desktop), Mobile & SIM
