Customer Support Executive
We are looking for a qualified customer support executive who will offer excellent customer service, we need an enthusiastic individual who can listen to customer issues and offer unique and innovative solution to each problem. The successful candidate for this role will be trained the company customer service policies and educate in product knowledge which will be helpful for offering quick and accurate assistance to customers.
The Job Role and Responsibilities
Answer customer emails regarding product issues, order processing, invoicing service and general client concerns.
Analyze active application files on a regular basis and recommend solutions to speed up the process.
Responsible for high level of professionalism with clients and working to establish a positive rapport with every client.
Update customer information in the customer service database during and after each call.
Work with management team to stay updated on product information and be informed of any changes in customer policies.
Complete applications in a timely manner.
Answer calls professionally to provide information about products and services.
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries.
Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers’ requests.
Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.
