Customer Support Executive – International Voice

Job Requirements

Any Graduate / Under Graduate / Diploma Graduate with Excellent Communication in English

         Connects and communicates with clients using a phone, recommending appropriate solutions based on the client’s description of their issue and their own diagnosis

 

         Requires excellent verbal and written skills to greet clients and clarify services being rendered

 

         Probing and discovering clients’ needs and understand client view point

 

         Provides scope of client issue(s), services to be performed, and any applicable information regarding the client and repair

 

         Handle complaints and objections effectively should try to resolve the same without escalation

 

         Maintains high levels of professionalism, courtesy and service throughout all client interactions

 

         Quickly and accurately performing multi-tasks like talking, listening, documenting information, seeking information and problem solving

 

         Handling client information with integrity and sensitivity

 

         Documents all client interactions in a customer relationship management system
