Job description

We are looking for Customer Support Associates with 0-2 years’ of relevant E-commerce

chat support experience.

 Responds to Chats, emails.

 Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.

 Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams.

 Provide prompt and accurate reply to customers.

Required Candidate profile

 Graduation is not a constraint.

 Disciplined, Systematic, Problem solving skills are required.

 Immediate joiner or with less than 15 days of notice period.

 Flexible for rotational shift (Working hours 10 [9 hours working with 1 hour break])

 Willingness to work from office.

 Should own a Laptop & wired Broadband connection*
