To oversee the growth of the  House Keeping business in all aspects keeping in mind the values of the company – quality, commitment, honesty, value for money and timely service.

  1. To be one point contact between the customer and the management.
  2. To do the existing customer profiling
  3. Maintenance of the Customer files / data base with all proper documentation
  4. Updating of status of the Customers from the area allotted to you on a daily basis and reporting in the MIS report daily.
  5. Follow up with Customers for repeat services taken.
  6. Bring systems and procedure for the documentation of the Customer Data Base and follow up to be happening for the services.
  7. Provide timely information to all Customers of all other various services provided by us.
  8. Assisting the office by attending any issues arising out of Customer Care
  9. Regular reports to be updated to the Management in the format.
  10. Informing the customers of the other good services we provide.
  11. To do cross marketing whenever possible.
  12. To keep in contact with the customers and get the feedback on hand
  13. To speak to the customers to update the feedback on the social media like face book and Google.
  14. Support other CRE’s with daily requirement in their jobs.
  15. Working with the Service Team to take up the job scheduled in a systematic way and organize things so that the team leaves on time for the job.
  16. Any other jobs entrusted by the Management.
