Job Description
- Answering incoming calls.
- Identify and escalate issues to supervisors.
- Research, identify and resolve citizen complaints using applicable software
- Route calls to appropriate resources.
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
- Complete call logs and reports.
- Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.
- Meet personal or team qualitative and quantitative targets.
- Ensure you follow the customer service script provided by the company for uniformity.
Job Requirements
- Need Confident Candidates who can handle calls efficiently.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Marathi & Hindi.
- Should be able to understand and speak basic English.
- Should be comfortable working in rotational/night shifts for Male.
- Should be comfortable working from office.
- Should have basic knowledge of Computers.
- Looking from Harbor & Central line only.
- Looking for Non-Technical Graduates.
