Job Description

  • Answering incoming calls.
  • Identify and escalate issues to supervisors.
  • Research, identify and resolve citizen complaints using applicable software
  • Route calls to appropriate resources.
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
  • Complete call logs and reports.
  • Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.
  • Meet personal or team qualitative and quantitative targets.
  • Ensure you follow the customer service script provided by the company for uniformity.

Job Requirements

  1. Need Confident Candidates who can handle calls efficiently.
  2. Strong verbal and written communication skills in Marathi & Hindi.
  3. Should be able to understand and speak basic English.
  4. Should be comfortable working in rotational/night shifts for Male.
  5. Should be comfortable working from office.
  6. Should have basic knowledge of Computers.
  7. Looking from Harbor & Central line only.
  8. Looking for Non-Technical Graduates.


  • On Company Payroll
  • Bus facility available in all shifts.
  • PF & ESIC will be covered.
