2. Must have working knowledge of SAP.

3. Prepare reconciliation of customer account monthly.

4. Manage accounting for all Modern Trade Chains.

5. Must have knowledge of pricing and discount structure followed in FMCG Industry.

6. Ensure timely closure of all customer claims

7. Ensure timely closure of sales force claims like TA/DA, Incentives etc.

8. Coordination with sales team for timely closure of claims and customers query.

9. Ensure timely delivery of MIS reports

a. Sales Analysis

b. Sales Expenses analysis

c. Customer ageing reports

d Secondary claims and sales tracking
