- Receive payment by cash, check, debit cards or any other modes & issue receipts
- Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change.
- Greet customers entering our store
- Maintain clean and orderly checkout areas.
- Establish or identify prices of goods and tabulate bills using calculators, cash registers
- Resolve customer complaints if any
- Calculate total payments received every day, and reconcile this with total sales.
- Compute and record totals of transactions.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent salesservice
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
- Maintain a fully stocked store
- Identify customers’ needs and wants
- Admin works to be carried out on adhoc basis as directed by management
