Business Finance Executive for Ludhiana. It’s a Accounts Receivables profile & SAP working experience is preferred.
Accounts Receiveable and SAP is Mandatory.
male candidate with 3-5 years’ experience, M.Com/MBA.
Budget- upto 4.5 LPA (will vary as per work-ex)
| 30 % | Timely delivery of correct invoicing, Debit/credit notes, accounts statements, collections follow ups and ensure timely and accurate monthly closing along with relevant reconciliations

| 20% | Monthly documentation for subsidy processing. Getting sales and stock confirmation from all customers/ BHA as per timelines prescribed by corporate and compliance to the FMS and mFMS processes. Compliance of all statutory obligation like local GST Calculation, Liaison in regard to GST, annual returns (auditing and return submission)

| 20% | Arrangement of documents for credit limits, monitoring credit limits of each customers and recommendations if required. Maintain customer account and resolution of customer queries
|
| 10% | Supervise inventory management at sales locations and reporting ,Physical Verification as per guidelines by corporate
|
| 10% | Supervise BHA operations i.e BHA provisions, bill processing.
|
10% MIS,( including weekly and monthly reports to DOF).
Mandatory Requirements-
- Knowledge of SAP
- Knowledge of Accounts Receivable-AR
