Job Description

  • Identifying and finalizing new outlets, and for maintaining relationships with all stakeholders to run these outlets profitably.
  • Responsible for end-to-end business development of the assigned area; includes planning and building short-term and long-term supply.
  • Cross-functional approach through coordination with multiple teams in inter and Intra geographies.
  • Creating a balance in inventory growth and demand to ensure optimization.
  • Proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities.

Job Requirements

  • 2-3 Years of Sales and Business Development.
  • Awareness of the start-up ecosystem and the unique challenges that it entails.
  • Post-Graduate in Marketing Management
  • Additional certifications, training programs preferred but not mandatory
  • Very polished and good communication skills. Knowledge of local Area and language.
  • Street-smart attitude, highly motivated candidate
  • Strong ownership attitude. You should be able to take responsibility for the role
  • Driving should be known and own a vehicle (two-wheeler) will be given preference
  • College and grades are not selection criteria as long as you are sincere and hungry to learn
  • Vehicle and local language are compulsory
