Role: Business Development Executive

Responsibilities:
❖ The job involves exploring markets Pan India by identifying potential clients, approaching & building relationship through emailing, cold calling, setting up meetings, etc.
❖ The Candidate must have strong communication and presentation skills. Must be well versed with MS Office & internet applications.
❖ Knowledge of digital marketing software & other creative tools will be of added advantage.
❖ Generate and service new business leads for distributors and dealers of interior design products and sell technology licenses to them
❖ Leading the sales team in initiating new accounts and managing relationships with existing ones.
❖ Formulate roadmap for new account acquisition and ensuring effective execution.
❖ Lead team of executives to achieve desired sales targets and look after account management
❖ Day to Day internal and external reporting and tracking of activities spanning across lead generation & Sales other business activities.
❖ Build, train, mentor new recruits including career planning for each member of the team.
❖ Strategizing and executing in coordination with other teams new and better methods to drive client engagement.
Desired Capabilities:
❖ 0-5 Years work experience in channel sales and business development
❖ Experience of dealing with dealers, distributors and supply chain stakeholders
❖ Experience with brands in interior products industry like flooring, upholstery, laminates is a plus
Desired Skills:
❖ Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize to meet daily, weekly, and long-term requirements and goals.
❖ Structured problem-solving approach, detail oriented and customer first attitude.
❖ Entrepreneurial attitude; Start-up exposure is preferred.
❖ Ability to work across different functions and role is critical
