Roles and Responsibilities
  1. To do outgoing calls to clients for sales.
  2. Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service.
  3. Answering questions about products or the company.
  4. Asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
  5. To identify the portfolio and requirements of the prospective customers.
  6. To categorize the prospective leads and pitch sales with them.
  7. To Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
Desired Candidate Profile
  1. Undergraduate/ Graduate/ Postgraduate.
  2. Excellent communication in English & Hindi.
  3. Candidates having experience in International Voice & Non-Voice Process will be preferred.
  4. Ability and willingness to learn about products and services specifications and benefits.
  5. Patient and friendly personality.
  6. Team player.
  7. Good time-management skills.
  8. Great interpersonal, communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

Salary : (15,000 – 30,000) + Incentives.
