1. This position is responsible for handling retail liability business
2. To drive sales strategy and execute business expansion plans at the branch level
3. Owns responsibility for driving business / sales in assigned region, to be in alignment with assigned targets
4. Achieves branch sales operational objectives by contributing sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews, preparing and completing action plans and implementing quality, and customer-service standards
5. Expand deposit pool and drive revenue generation through sale of CASA, TD, third party products and cross-selling activities
6. Oversees portfolio build for division to drive acquisition of good quality and balanced mix of accounts, reduce costs and ensure sustained profitability
