Roles and Responsibilities:

 Recruit Business Leaders and Wealth Consultants and generate AUM (Assets Under Management)
 Managing team of business leaders & ensuring they achieve the business targets.
 Candidate should have sound knowledge in Equities
 Preferably having experience in B2B vertical
 Ensuring support to Wealth consultants to help them achieve business goals and maximize their own
productivity
 To Understand the Superior channel, have Product and Sales Knowledge, and provide strategic advice on the
local market
 Support and train the team on important sales calls
 To provide regular sales training and mentor the team
 Conduct weekly performance reviews, and identify areas of improvement
 Identify the training need analysis on the skills required, create development plans, and ensure implementation
of development plans via trainings and other relevant activities
 To provide daily leadership and target orientation to the team
 Motivate the team to achieve their daily, weekly and monthly goals
 Directly support large client acquisition in a selective manner

Skills and Knowledge:

 Sales target achievement and effective team management.
 Excellent interpersonal skills
 Ability to work in high pressure environment
 Should be able to prioritize and handle multiple work responsibilities simultaneously
 Should be well versed with product knowledge and industry trends in order to do consultative selling

Experience:

 Qualification: Graduation
 Experience: min 8 Years
