Role & Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate with sales executives and clients to dispatch the materials on time. Maintaining and arranging the stock in hand for smooth flow of orders received.
  • Generating Invoices, Packing list,s and arranging other documents which are used for dispatching the material.
  • Making E-way bills for inward as well as outward supply –generation of Part A & Part B, Change vehicle number, Solve the query related to E-way bill.
  • Knowledge of
  • Issue Credit And Debit note if required.
  • Bank Reconciliation as per Bank Statement.
  • Bank-related tasks assigned– RTGS, NEFT, Issue cheque, Arrangement of loan-related documents if required.
  • Commission & TDS Calculation.
  • Prepare Salary slip of Staff for every month& Form 16 if required.
  • Maintain outstanding follow-up with the client as well as marketing representatives.
  • Making Quotations, AMC proposals for Dialysis machines, PO, and PI also
  • Purchase Entries In Tally.
  • Daily expenses voucher check and entered in tally.
  • Profit And Loss sheet of Hospitals.
  • Filling and Documentation.
