    Role Summary

    Responsible for sales achievement through primary and secondary sales



    Sales Strategy and Planning

    1.       Selling of Products – Innerwear, Casualwear, thermals, Apparels, Athleisure’s

    2.       Prospecting Retailers, presentation of product, negotiating on price, and closure

    3.       Business Development by generating Leads


    Sales Operations

    ·         Drive Sales in territory to achieve targets

    ·         Achieve daily targets of retail outlet visit productivity

    ·         Ensure total calls and productive calls ratio is maintained

    ·         Work closely with the marketing department in execution of BTL activities


    Distribution Management

    ·         Identify, propose for finalization of approved distributors. Manage the distributor network

    ·         Ensure product/ range availability to all the retail points of sales & manage stock at the distributor level

    ·         Coordinate with the Sales Coordinator/s responsible for the area

    Reporting and process management

    ·         Ensure daily reporting and review weekly plan

    ·         Consolidate sales report and update the reporting manger
