A marketing manager would undertake market research, understand the trends and customer preferences, create marketing strategy and budgets, oversee the creation of marketing materials and content, and perform all other relevant tasks essential for increasing the business’s sales.

Job description

Role & responsibilities:-

  • Coordinating with the Branch managers and motivating Sales officers for business development.

  • Receiving quotations from branches and Follow up action.

  • Monitoring the branches by Booking performance analysis and follow up action

  • To submit MIS Report to Management – Business Contact Report, Performance Report of Branches, Inward Details.

  • Conduct periodic meetings with Customers, sales officers and Agents.

  • Direct marketing campaign should be conduct frequently at agent office and branch headquarters.

  • Strong negotiation skills to deal with customers & Agents.
  • Strong motivating skills to build high performing teams.
  • Excellent selling and people skills to develop a new and existing business.
  • Involves in business development. Ensuring target fixed is achieved.
  • Finding new opportunities to grow.
  • Should be in a position to handle a team of Sales officers.
  • Overall supervision of Agents and coordination with them to achieve their business target.
  • Should be responsible for corporate marketing.
  • Should Forecast business results.
  • Leading Corporate Marketing Function to boost up Sales & strengthen Brand Value by deciding, developing & executing key Marketing Strategies for Customer Acquisition, Retention and Growth.

Key Requirements

  • Excellent verbal communication skill is required to develop business.
  • Exposure to marketing, business development.
  • Strong negotiation skills, analytical and complex problem-solving mindset.
  • Sufficiently mobile and flexible to travel any time.

  • Ability to work and set targets in a cross functional environment.
